The role involves apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
