Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation worker in Jasper County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
