Press operator wanted in Taylor County

Now hiring: we are hiring a press operator in Taylor County, Iowa. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. Day to day you will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely. You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
