Electrostatic spray painter — Orange County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Orange County, Vermont. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
