Now hiring: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Decatur County, Tennessee. You will be based on a new-build development. Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one The role involves installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
