Join our team: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Etowah County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On the job you will handle: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Overtime paid at a premium rate.
