Backhoe loader operator • Nangere, Yobe State

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Nangere, Yobe State. You will be based in an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Six days a week, one day off.
