Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
