Dozer operator wanted in Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dozer operator in Washington County, Illinois. Day to day you will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
