Urgent requirement: we are hiring a decorator in Butler County, Iowa. You will be based at a property maintenance company. The role involves prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
