Lift erector — Lafayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift erector in Lafayette County, Wisconsin. You will work on a lift modernisation project. On the job you will handle: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
