Electrostatic spray painter — Jones County

Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Jones County, Texas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Full-time with occasional weekends.
