Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Walsh County, North Dakota. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Your main tasks: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
