The role involves: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
