Your main tasks: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Performance bonus on top of base pay.
