Vacancy available: head baker (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Marion County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
