Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Sioux County, Iowa. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
