The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
