We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Appanoose County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred.
