Rebar foreman wanted in Clark County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Clark County, Illinois. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements The role involves: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
