Dish pit attendant — Bollinger County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Bollinger County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
