Site carpenter — Hot Spring County

Join our team: we are hiring a site carpenter in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. Day to day you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. Requirements: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
