Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Hill County, Montana. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
