We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Steele County, Minnesota. You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour.
