Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Clay County, West Virginia. You will work at a textile finishing unit. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Day-to-day duties: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
