Mechanical press operator • Jones County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Jones County, Texas. You will work on the press shop floor. Your main tasks: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Full-time, day shift.
