Meat trimmer — Garden County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Garden County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
