Powder coating sprayer • Ada County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ada County, Idaho. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
