CNC programmer-operator — East Carroll Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm.
