Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Webster County, Missouri. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
