Building site helper — Chippewa County

Now hiring: we are hiring a building site helper in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a commercial building project. You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day The role involves pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
