Security officer — Morris County

Now hiring: we are hiring a security officer in Morris County, Texas. Day to day you will operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency. You should have: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
