Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety inspector in Yoakum County, Texas. On a typical shift you will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
