Bread and bun maker wanted in Crowley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Crowley County, Colorado. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
