Immediate opening: butcher (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Garum Mallam, Kano State. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
