On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Performance bonus on top of base pay.
