Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
