Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Hardin County, Texas. The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
