Solid plasterer — McMullen County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a solid plasterer in McMullen County, Texas. You will be based in a refurbishment property. You will skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Six days a week, one day off.
