Pastry baker — Codington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Codington County, South Dakota. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends.
