Gas commissioning technician — Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches Day-to-day duties: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
