Powder coating line operator — Blount County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Blount County, Alabama. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
