Air conditioning service engineer — Lee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Lee County, Virginia. You will work at a busy AC installation company. You should have: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Day to day you will insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
