Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Hopkins County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
