QC inspector wanted in Johnson County

Join our team: we are hiring a QC inspector in Johnson County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
