Restaurant steward — Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Jackson County, South Dakota. Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
