In-process quality controller — Denver County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Denver County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Your main tasks: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Six days a week, one day off.
