Immediate opening: waterproofing applicator (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Winona County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
