Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
