Foundry worker • Lamar County, Mississippi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry worker in Lamar County, Mississippi. Day to day you will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. Ideal candidate: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Part-time with flexible hours.
